What Information Does Aretech Collect Through This Website?
Aretech collects three kinds of information through aretech.ai:
- Details you provide when you book a workflow mapping session or email info@aretech.ai, such as your name, your email address, and your message
- Usage information that the tools below collect automatically, such as the pages you visit and how you interact with them
- A display setting stored in your browser, which remembers your theme preference
Most usage information comes from the tools and cookies the site loads.
Which Cookies and Tools Does the Site Load?
The site loads six tools and stores one browser setting. The table names each tool, its provider, and what it does.
| Tool | Provider | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Sets up and manages the site's tags without changes to the site's code (Google Tag Manager Help) | |
| Google Analytics 4 | Measures how visitors use the site | |
| Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API parameter builder | Meta | Tracks visitor activity on the site so Aretech can see how its Meta ads perform (Meta Pixel documentation) |
| Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft | Records how visitors interact with pages and links page views into session recordings |
| Calendly widget | Calendly | Loads the booking calendar on the booking page |
| UTM capture script | Aretech | Captures the campaign parameters in the link that brought you to the site |
The tools set the cookies below in your browser. The list covers the cookies Aretech has identified on the site, with each provider's stated purpose.
| Cookie | Tool | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes users (Google Analytics cookie usage) |
_ga_* | Google Analytics 4 | Keeps session state |
_fbp | Meta Pixel | Stores a unique identifier the Meta Pixel saves for the site's domain (Meta's fbp and fbc parameter guide) |
_clck | Microsoft Clarity | Keeps the Clarity user ID and preferences for this site (Clarity cookie documentation) |
The theme preference lives in your browser's local storage. The page reads it to apply your choice. Each provider behind these cookies also gives you its own controls.
Which Providers Receive Your Information, and What Are Your Choices?
Each provider receives the information its tool collects and handles it under its own policy. You can limit that collection through your browser settings and each provider's own controls:
- Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, and it offers the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Meta describes the information it receives from partners in the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft describes its browser cookie controls and its personalized-ads opt-out in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Your browser lets you block or delete cookies and clear local storage.
Booking a workflow mapping session adds the details you enter.
How Does Booking a Workflow Mapping Session Handle Your Information?
Booking a workflow mapping session runs on Calendly. The booking page embeds the calendar, and it loads from Calendly when that page opens. The details you enter reach Calendly and Aretech.
Aretech uses the booking details to hold the session you asked for. Questions about those details come to Aretech. Booking a session carries no obligation.
To book, select Get My Free Workflow Map. Free. The map is yours, even if you never hire us.
Booking details stay separate from client data, which law firms share only inside a build.
How Does Aretech Handle Client Data Inside a Build?
Client data belongs to the law firm that shares it. The firm's agreement with Aretech and the data processing agreement set the terms for that data.
The system lives in the firm's own cloud account. Hosted frontier models do the AI work, and they are reached through an AI service Aretech operates. Client content passes through that service and the model providers' APIs.
An attorney at the firm reviews every output before it leaves the firm. Nothing the system does signs, files, submits, or decides anything legal.
The hosted model providers are OpenAI and OpenRouter, which serves as a fallback route to the same model. Aretech does not use any firm's data to train anything. One firm's data or rules are never used to test or tune another firm's prompt.
Is This Website Directed to Children?
No. Aretech writes the site for people who run law firms, and the site is not directed to children.
How Do You Ask a Question or Make a Request About Your Information?
To ask a question or make a request about your information, email info@aretech.ai. Describe your question or request. Include the email address you used to book or write.
How Does Aretech Update This Policy?
Aretech updates this policy by posting the revised text on this page and changing the date at the top.
