Terms of Service for the Aretech Website

These terms of service govern your use of aretech.ai, the website of Liberate IT Consulting LLC d/b/a Aretech. Aretech builds custom AI workflow automation for boutique law firms, and nothing on this website is legal advice.

The sections below explain who runs the website and the rules that apply to everyone who uses it.

01

Who Operates This Website, and Who Do These Terms Bind?

Liberate IT Consulting LLC d/b/a Aretech operates this website. In these terms, "Aretech" means that company, and "you" means anyone who visits, reads, or books a workflow mapping session through the website.

These terms bind you from the moment you use the website, so do not use it unless you accept them. They cover the website only, and a signed written agreement governs any client engagement.

02

What Does the Website Offer?

The website offers three things:

  • Explanations of how Aretech builds custom AI workflow automation for boutique law firms
  • Articles on the rules, tools, and economics that law firm operators weigh
  • A booking page for a workflow mapping session

The website is written for attorneys and operators of boutique law firms. It is not written for clients of law firms or for anyone seeking legal help.

04

How Does Booking a Workflow Mapping Session Work?

Booking a workflow mapping session reserves a session through the booking page linked on this website. The session carries no obligation, and booking it starts no engagement.

The booking page embeds a calendar from Calendly, a third-party provider, which loads when that page opens. Calendly's own terms and privacy notice apply to the details you enter there.

05

When Does an Engagement With Aretech Begin?

An engagement with Aretech begins only under a signed written agreement. That agreement, not these terms, sets the scope of the work and governs it.

Aretech's data processing agreement covers client data handled during an engagement.

06

What Are the Rules for Using the Website?

Use the website lawfully, and give accurate details when you book a workflow mapping session. Do not do any of the following:

  • Access accounts, systems, or areas that the website does not open to you
  • Interfere with the website's operation, including with traffic that overloads it
  • Submit false details, or details that belong to someone else without permission
  • Share client information, privileged material, or documents through the website or the booking page

Aretech can suspend website access for anyone who breaks these rules.

07

Who Owns the Website's Content?

Aretech owns the website's text, graphics, logo, and design, or uses them with permission.

You can view pages, print them, and share their links for your firm's own evaluation. Copying or republishing content beyond that needs Aretech's written permission, which you can request at the contact address on this page.

08

How Do Third-Party Sites and Services Fit In?

Third-party sites and services run under their own terms. The website links to vendor documentation, rule text, and other outside pages, and Aretech does not control them.

A link is a pointer, never an endorsement. Naming a tool or vendor does not mean the vendor endorses or partners with Aretech. Product and vendor names belong to their owners.

09

What Can You Rely On From the Website's Content?

Treat the website's content as general information, never as legal advice or an offer. Rules, tools, and vendor terms change. A page reflects the facts as of its writing, so check the primary source before you act on it.

Aretech provides the website as is and can change or remove its content at any time.

10

How Does Aretech Handle Information From the Website?

Aretech handles information from the website as its privacy policy describes. That policy explains what the website collects, how Aretech uses it, and which cookies the website sets. Read it together with these terms.

11

Which Law Governs These Terms?

New York law governs these terms.

The rest of these terms stays in effect when a court finds a part of them unenforceable. Aretech keeps its rights under a term even when it does not enforce that term right away.

12

How Do Changes to These Terms Work?

Aretech can update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The updated terms apply from the day of posting, and using the website after a change means you accept them. These terms were last updated on October 20, 2026.

13

How Do You Contact Aretech About These Terms?

Email info@aretech.ai with any question about these terms or the website. Messages to that address reach Liberate IT Consulting LLC d/b/a Aretech, the operator of the website.
