Aretech installs the system that chases them — so your paralegals stop renaming IMG_1794.jpg and your filings stop waiting on a bank statement.
A client emails eight photographs from their phone. They arrive as IMG_1794, IMG_1795, IMG_1802. A paralegal opens each one, works out what it is, renames it, downloads it, re-uploads it to the backup drive, and files it against the matter. Then does it again tomorrow, because two more arrived overnight and one of them is the wrong month.
Nothing about that work requires a legal education. All of it has to happen before you can prep the schedules.
A client on a payment plan takes five months to pay the fee. By the time you're ready to file, the bank statements are stale, the pay stubs are stale, the income and expenses have moved, and sometimes the assets have too. So the intake work gets done twice — once when they signed, once when they finally paid.
The system tracks what's gone stale and asks for the update before it becomes a scramble — so the file is still filable on the day the fee clears.
Most bankruptcy firms we talk to are running a case manager, a filing tool, a document backup, and at least one thing somebody wired together themselves. That's normal, and it's where we start.
We've worked against Lawmatics, Best Case, SharePoint and network-drive backups, and RingCentral. Where a tool has no open API — Best Case doesn't — we say so during scoping and design around it rather than promising an integration that can't exist.
Your existing stack stays. Best Case stays, Clio stays. Everything new sits in the middle.
The database sits in your own cloud account, under your own credentials. Client files never leave that environment and are never routed through shared or public models. Encryption at rest and in transit. You own the account, so you own the data — including if you stop working with us.
Every install is priced to its own scope. We don't quote before we've looked.
The scoping engagement is $2,000 and refundable. It produces a technical plan: what gets built, in what order, on which of your systems, and what it costs. That document is yours either way — take it and get two other quotes if you want to, which beats choosing between sales decks.
If you go ahead, the deposit comes off the build. Half up front, half on handover. Fixed price. No seats, no monthly rent, no annual renewal.
