It's in a recorded consult, a photographed driver's licence, and your head. Aretech installs the system that turns those into a completed intake — instead of your team typing it out again.
You record the consult. You scan the driver's licences. The client tells you about the spouse, the second marriage, the property in another state, and the child they'd rather not name as executor.
Then someone types all of it into an intake form, from the recording, by hand. And into the matter. And into the document set. The same facts, entered three times, none of them new.
The plan itself gets drafted from information you already hold. The constraint isn't drafting capacity — it's everything that has to happen before drafting can start.
We've worked against recording tools like Plaud and Zoom, document scanning, and the case managers and drive backups most planning practices run. Where a tool has no open API, we say so during scoping and design around it rather than promising an integration that can't exist.
Your intake, your drafting software, your CRM — connected, so a client fact is entered once.
The database sits in your own cloud account, under your own credentials. Client files never leave that environment and are never routed through shared or public models. Encryption at rest and in transit. You own the account, so you own the data — including if you stop working with us.
Every install is priced to its own scope. We don't quote before we've looked.
The scoping engagement is $2,000 and refundable. It produces a technical plan: what gets built, in what order, on which of your systems, and what it costs. That document is yours either way — take it and get two other quotes if you want to, which beats choosing between sales decks.
If you go ahead, the deposit comes off the build. Half up front, half on handover. Fixed price. No seats, no monthly rent, no annual renewal.
